The correct choice and maintenance of a property is one of the most important decisions to be made within the lifespan of an individual or an organisation, requiring multiple and diverse tasks (prior evaluation, negotiation and drawing up of contracts, projects and construction, applying for mains connections and other services,  maintenance  both corrective and preventative, security measures, etc,).

These days it isn’t easy to find a central figure who can coordinate and manage all the different tasks and mediate between the owner and the various professionals firms and/or administrative bodies intervening in the processes, above all someone who genuinely represents the interests of the owner in the medium and long term.

Acquisition of the property

  • Coordination of the Facultative Management Team, follow-up, control and supervision of the building work,
  • Preparation of the correct "as built" documentation (plans, technical specifications,...) for all aspects of the construction, machinery and installations,
  • Certification and revision of partial and final measurements and quality tests,
  • Billing and payment control,

Preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Preventative maintenance plan for the infrastructure and all installations,
